Almighty God, You watch over me while I sleep and are there to meet me in the morning. You are ready to commune with me in fellowship, to hear my praise and petitions, and then to lead me in Your path and purpose throughout my day. What a humbling and reassuring consideration. I wait to hear Your voice. As I walk in humility and awareness of Your presence, Your favor surrounds me like a shield. I will trust in You and shout for joy because You defend me. Your goodness and mercy to me are new every morning. I will walk with confidence in You, knowing that You are with me. Lord, I will look up!
