Choose Wisely

Thank You, Lord, that You don’t point an angry finger in accusation, but instead point me to Your sufficiency in every area of weakness or lack in my life.

You direct me as an arrow in Your quiver to strike the bullseye of the target of Your perfection. When I miss, Lord, You pick me up and point me in the right direction again. You help me choose correctly, but You have graciously given me the freedom to choose, to choose my own master. To choose Your way, or to go in the direction of my flesh.

Lead me in Your ways, Lord; direct me down the path You have created for me to follow. I choose to make You my Master. You are a loving master, and Your pay is eternal life. Sin is an ugly, cruel master whose ways lead to death.

     In His care, Bebe

“For God is working in you, giving you the desire and the power to do what pleases him.”  Philippians 2:13 TLB

“Don’t you realize that grace frees you to choose your own master? But choose carefully, for you surrender yourself to become a servant—bound to the one you choose to obey. If you choose to love sin, it will become your master, and it will own you and reward you with death. But if you choose to love and obey God, he will lead you into perfect righteousness.”  Romans 6:16 TPT

“Who are those who fear the Lord? He will show them the path they should choose.”  Psalm 25:12 NLT

“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”  Romans 6:23 NKJV
